နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ်(မန္တလေး)
မျှော်မှန်းချက်
ဒေသတွင်းအဆင့်မှသည် နိုင်ငံတကာအဆင့်မီ နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုအဖြစ် ရပ်တည်သွားနိုင်ရန်၊ ဉပဒေ နည်းဉပဒေများကို လိုက်နာလျှက် သုတေသနနှင့် ဆန်းသစ်တီထွင်မှုကို အခြေခံသော နည်းပညာနယ်ပယ်စုံ၏ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့် အနာဂါတ်များကို ဖန်တီးနိုင်သည့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာ၊ ဗိသုကာပညာရှင်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Vision
Our vision is to produce engineers and architects who can create a better future for a wide range of technologies based on research and innovation, standing as an international standard technological university at the local level by following the rules and regulations.
ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်တာဝန်
(၁) အမျိုးသားပညာရေးဉပဒေ၊ နည်းဉပဒေ၊ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးဉပဒေ၊ နည်းဉပဒေပါ ပြဌာန်းချက်များအားလိုက်နာပြီး တစ်သက်တာပညာသင်ယူမှု အခွင့်အလမ်းများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် အကောင် အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန်။
(၂) ပြည်တွင်း ပြည်ပတက္ကသိုလ်များ၊ သုတေသနအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ စက်ရုံ အလုပ်ရုံများနှင့် ကျယ်ပြန့်စွာ ပူးပေါင်း၍ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချ သုတေသနဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ၊ အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ဖန်တီးပေးနိုင်သော တက္ကသိုလ်အဖြစ် အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားရန်။
(၃) နိုင်ငံတကာ အရည်အသွေး စံချိန်စံညွှန်းနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသည့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာ/ဗိသုကာပညာရပ် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအားဖော်ဆောင်လျက် ထူးချွန်ထက်မြက်၍ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုစွမ်းရည်ပြည့်ဝသော၊ ကျင့်ဝတ်စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာတတ်သော၊ သုတေသနပြုမှုနှင့် တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်းရှိသည့် နိုင်ငံအကျိုးပြု အင်ဂျင်နီယာ/ဗိသုကာဘွဲ့ရများ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်။

1. To implement lifelong learning opportunities in accordance with the provisions of the National Education Law, Higher Education Law and Rules and Regulations
2. To be implemented as a university that can create job opportunities by extensive research in collaboration with local and foreign universities, research organizations and factories
3. To produce brilliant, qualified and leadership national benefit engineers/architects, who follow the code of ethic, with research and creativity through excellent engineering and architectural processes in line with international quality standards

(၁) အရည်အချင်းပြည့်ဝ၍ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်သော သုတေသနပြုမှုနှင့် ဆန်းသစ် တီထွင်မှုအောက်တွင်လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့်
အလုပ်ခွင်အား တိုက်ရိုက်အကျိုးပြုနိုင်မည့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာ၊ ဗိသုကာ ဘွဲ့ရပညာရှင်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်။
(၂) သီအိုရီနှင့်လက်တွေ့ပေါင်းစပ်သည့် သင်ကြားသင်ယူမှု ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကောင်းများ ဖော်ဆောင်လျက်နိုင်ငံတော်ဖွံ့ဖြိုး
တိုးတက်ရေးအား အထောက်ကူပြုနိုင်မည့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာ၊ ဗိသုကာ ဘွဲ့ရပညာရှင်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်။
(၃) အရည်အသွေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်ဖြစ်သော ISO 9001:2015 Standard စံနှုန်းများနှင့်အညီ ပြန်လည် သုံးသပ်ခြင်း အစဉ်
တိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ၏
စိတ်ကျေနပ်မှုကို ရရှိစေရန်။
