Department of Student Affair in Technological University Mandalay provides undergraduate and post graduate students for admission, classrooms, examination, graduation,..etc. And then Department of Student Affair also provide alumni for mark certification, grading, transcript, ..etc.

(ခ) မွေးထုတ်ပြီးသော ကျောင်းသား၊ကျောင်းသူများ၏ ပညာရေးမှတ်တမ်းအား ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်၊
(ဂ) ကျောင်းသား၊ကျောင်းသူများနှင့် မိဘများ၏ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ လိုအပ်ချက်များအား ဖြည့်ဆည်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
